MEASUREMENT GUIDANCE

Accurate measuring is essential as it helps to ensure the products will fit your space and function properly.
If necessary, we will send an experienced, professional measurement service team to visit you in your office to assess the conditions and provide accurate measurements.
Additional fees will be charged accordingly. Also, you can solve the installation problem by yourself. We provide professional MEASUREMENT GUIDANCE.

About Office Ghana Limited Deal with transportation. Arrange trucks to transfer the products from destination port(warehouse) to customer’s designated location. About Office offers delivery and assembly of furniture free-of-charge within Accra, Tema, and Kumasi.
Offer your destination address and contact information to Sales attendant.
We guarantee delivery and assembly of your purchases within 1 to 5 working  days. Free of charge for purchases over GH¢2,000.00

After Sales
Warranty Method
If you need after sales service, please provide contract number/problem description/problem photo/drawing mark, and send the information to the following after-sales email: customerservice@aboutofficeghana.com
After you filed the warranty claim, the defective parts will at our option either be repaired or replaced and we reserve the right to replace defective parts with parts of equal or greater value.
If a warranty claim is filed after the product becomes obsolete or discontinued, Oppein Home Group Inc. will replace the affected component with a replacement component of a similar style based on availability at the time of claim. Warranty starts from About Office delivery. Product exact warranty time should be confirmed with CSR.
